"You calling Con Tikitiki a liar," the memic asked, her hair standing up on the back of her neck.
"No, no, I'm not calling you a liar. Your right I conned you."
Eight more nights slipped by without Aura finding the Night Blossom. There wasn't too
many days left before the blooming season would end and Nine would die. Each day she awoke, she would find Con Tikitiki gone, thought the memic would return before she could gather things to leave.
"Why are you so sad Aura? Is Con Tikitiki displeasing you?" The little Memic asked
with great concern in her voice.
If Aura wasn't so sad, she could have really enjoyed the little creature and her antics. Aura had noticed that the Memic was indeed quite a prankster, and merciless. Before I go I feel I must tell you of one more Memic which I was reminded to day of. Perhaps she is the reason the Memic who's story is being written as we speak. She was indeed a special Memic and broke the mold so to speak on the tradition Memic. Many who seen her did not believe she was even a Memic. In fact she was. As other Memics start life out as a bird and usually remain that way, Con Tikitiki did start life out as a bird. Though on watching a Druid make a carving She mimicked its shape, causing the Druid to be amused. She had heard the stories of Memics and were somewhat intimidated by them. The last thing she wanted was to get on the bad side of one. As she worked she began to sing a soft song, knowing quite well the Memic was listening. She was every bit amazed how exact she looked resembling the wooden carving. Putting away her knife, she cast a spell over the wood, allowing her bare hands to shape it.
